摘　　要：目的了解煤矿工人性病、艾滋病知识、态度、行为(KAP)状况,为开展健康教育提供指导依据。方法选择木城涧煤矿工人,采取问卷调查方式了解其性病、艾滋病知识、态度、行为情况。结果共调查389人,性病、艾滋病知识总知晓率为71.49%,其知晓率高低与调查对象的文化程度、来自本市或外地密切相关;对艾滋病患者持正确态度的占90.2%,有婚外性行为的占5.8%,安全套使用率占33.51%。结论煤矿工人性病、艾滋病认知水平相对较高,但防范意识尚欠缺,应深入开展预防性病、艾滋病的宣传教育;人群的性观念发生了改变,对婚外性行为持宽容态度;应加大安全套使用的推广力度。Objective To study the conditions of knowledge, attitude, practice（KAP） of STD/AIDS among coal miners and provide basic data and instruction for developing health education. Methods Investigate the coal miners in Muchengjian colliery. To know the miners＇ KAP massage about STD/AIDS by questionnaire investigation. Results The total subjects was 389. The total awaring rate about STD/AIDS was 71.49%, which were closely correlative to education degree and whether coming from inside of the city or outside. The percentage of having correct attitude to AIDS patients accounted for 90.2 % and having the sexual behavior out of marriage was 5.8 %, the using rate of condom was 33.51%. Conclusion The coal miners have relatively high cognizion level about STD/AIDS, but their precaution awareness are deficiency, so it was important to carry out propaganda education on STD/AIDS prevention.
