摘　　要：通过对现状农村建设模式的探讨,指出新农村建设中应转变传统的包办代替观念,强调以农业、农民、农村为主体,培育农村自身的"造血"机能。结合浙江省云和县大坪村新农村的规划设计实践,提出了一些促进农村建设可持续发展的途径和方法。This paper analyzes the existing countryside planning in the process of new socialist countryside movement. Some suggestions are proposed, such as changing the traditional sense that the government is responsible for the whole construction, and emphasizing the roles of agriculture, villagers and countryside in order to perfect the blood-forming function of the countryside. The urban planning of Daping village in Yunhe county is a typical example of new socialist countryside in Zhejiang province. It suggests alternative approaches on how to achieve the sustainable development of the countryside.
