拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂和阿维菌素、戊唑醇复配对卫生害虫的灭效研究

摘　　要：目的研究拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂和阿维菌素、戊唑醇复配对常见卫生害虫的杀灭效果。方法比较该复配制剂与不完全组成成分的药效,测定其对常见卫生害虫成虫及幼虫的药效(KT50、LC50)。结果复配制剂完全组成成分较其不完全组成成分对蚊、蝇和蜚蠊的KT50差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),对淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊的1h击倒率和24h死亡率均为100%,对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50为0.025μg/ml,对德国小蠊卵鞘孵化减少率达到94%,对美洲大蠊卵鞘孵化减少率也达到76%。模拟现场杀灭效果对淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊1h击倒率均为100%,对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊24h死亡率达到100%,对美洲大蠊48h死亡率达到100%。依据GB/T17322.1的评价标准,该复配制剂对卫生害虫的杀灭效果达到A级。结论复配制剂对常见的卫生害虫具有良好的杀灭作用,并为卫生杀虫和农作物有害生物的联合防治提供了新的方法。Objective To study efficacy of the mixture including pyrethroid, averrnectin and tebuconazol to hygiene pest. Methods Efficacy of this mixture was evaluated with KT50 and LC50 of them to hygiene pest. Results This mixture had better efficacy than other mixtures composed of part elements to mosquito, housefly and cockroach（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The rate of knockdown and the mortality of the mixture to Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica or Blattella germanica were all 100 % after treated for 1 h and 24 h, respectively. The LC50 value of it to the larvae of C. pipiens pallens and M. domestica were 0. 025μg/ml and 0. 41μg/ml, respectively. The oothecae hatchability of B. germanica and Periplaneta americana decreased to 94 % and 76 %, respectively. The knockdown rate of the mixture to C. pipiens pallens, M. domestica, B. germanica and P. americana were all 100% after 1 h treated in analogous site. The 24 h mortality to C. pipiens pallens, M. dornestica or B.germanica was 100% and the 48 h mortality to P. americana also reached 100%. According to GB/T 17322.1, the control efficacy of the mixture achieved A degree. Conclusion This mixture had good control effect on common hygiene pest, and also provided new method for the control of agriculture pest and hygiene pest.
