摘  要:以245/50R16轮胎为例,利用增强材料的弹塑性特征,在轮胎有限元分析中考虑增强材料的残余应力,通过与不计残余应力时的有限元模拟结果进行对比分析,考察残余应力对轮胎外缘尺寸变化和稳态滚动半径等模拟结果的影响。结果表明,不考虑残余应力的模拟结果能达到工程要求。According to the elastoplastic properties of reinforcing material, residual stress in reinforcing cords was introduced in the FEA for 245/50R16 tire, and by comparing with the FEA results without residual stress, the effects of residual stress on peripheral dimension changes and steady rolling radius of the tire were analyzed. It was concluded that neglecting residual stress on the finite element simulations was acceptable for the actual applications.
