摘 要:针对12.00-20 18PR载重斜交轮胎的常见问题,对其结构进行优化,并应用MSC.MARC三维非线性有限元分析软件对轮胎结构优化进行模拟和分析。数值模拟结果与试验数据具有很好的一致性,结构优化大大提高了轮胎的力学性能。The structure of 12. 00- 20 18PR bias ply truck tire was optimized considering its common problems, and nonlinear FEA software. mechanical properties of structural optimization was simulated and analyzed by MSC. MARC 3D e numerical results were in accordance with the data of experiment, and tire were greatly improved through structural optimization.
