摘 要:为了研究锚索预应力损失的影响因素以及对其的补偿措施,对多个工程锚索的应力测试结果进行了较详细的分析和研究,得出了影响锚索预应力损失的因素:锚索材料钢绞丝的松弛、锚固对象岩土体的变形以及施工中的张拉、锁定等原因。依据力学性能优选适宜于预应力锚索的新材料,并在上述分析结果的基础上提出了补偿锚索预应力损失的措施,提高了预应力锚索体系的综合锚固效果。对预应力锚索工程具有一定的理论和指导意义。In order to study the factors affecting pre-stressing loss in pre-stressing cable and compensative, measures, the results of stress tests for many cables are analyzed and researched in detail, and the affecting factors are obtained to the anchor cable's pre-stress losing which are the twists relaxation of the anchor cable material steel, the deformation of reinforcing mass and stretching and locking and so on. According to the material's mechanical properties, the new cable material of pre-stressing anchor is optimally selected. On the basis of analyzed result, the compensative measures are proposed to enhance the pre-stressing anchor cable system's comprehensive reinforcement effect. It certainly has theoretical and the guiding significance to the pre-stressed anchoring project.
