摘　　要：文章分析了煤矿调度图形数字化的重要意义,阐述了WebGIS技术的理论及其实现技术,详细介绍了基于WebGIS的煤矿调度图形信息管理系统的设计与实现,最后给出了煤矿调度图形信息管理系统的应用实例。The paper analyzed significance of digitization of coal mine dispatching drawings, expounded the theory and its implementation technologies of WebGIS, introduced design and implementation of a information management system of coal mine dispatching drawings based on WebGIS in details. At the end, the paper gave an applying example of information management system of coal mine dispatching drawings.
