电镀耐磨滑履的胎体性能和应用

摘  要:用于耐磨滑履胎体的镍锰合金在硫酸盐-氯化物电镀溶液中沉积,试验在室温下进行,pH在3.5-5之间,电流密度是0.8-1.2A/dm^2比较系统地研究了镀液中[n(Mn^2+)]/[n(Ni^2+)+n(Mn^2+)]比值对镍锰合金胎体成分的影响以及镍锰合金比例对胎体的表面洛氏硬度和耐磨性的影响.结果表明:镀液中[n(Mn^2+)]/[n(Ni^2+)+n(Mn^2+)]摩尔比值为0.063时,镀层中锰的质量分数为0.1%,镀层的表面洛氏硬度是45±2HRC,用这种胎体配方研制的金刚石滑履的使用寿命超过4a,证明镍锰合金是制作金刚石耐磨滑履的合适材料.Ni - Mn alloy, as a matrix of wear - resistance skid-plate, was eleetrodeposited from sulfate-chloride baths at ambient temperature, current density of 0. 8 - 1.2A/dm^2 and pH value of 3.5 -5. The influence of [ n( Mn^2+ ) ]/ [ n( Ni^2+ ) + n( Mn^2+ ) ] in bath on the Mn content in matrix was studied systemically. The influences of Mn content in alloy on the Rockwell superficial hardness and wear resistance of matrix were also investigated. The results indicate that, at [ n ( Mn^2+ ) ] / [ n ( Ni^2+ ) + n ( Mn^2+ ) ] of 0. 063, the Mn content in matrix is 0. 1%, the roekweU superficial hardness of matrix is 45 ± 2HRC. The service life of skid - plate prepared with such plating is more than 4 years. This proves that Ni - Mn alloy is a suitable material of matrix for manufacturing wear - resistance skid - plate.
