摘　　要：保守主义是一种在特定社会历史条件下产生的社会政治意识形态,有着特定的思想政治内涵,而这些特定的思想政治内涵只是特定社会群体世界观和价值观的体现,并非与一切社会群体相关。保守主义的价值观是社会中处于优势地位的社会群体的价值表达,这些优势群体起先是贵族及其代表者,后来是资产者及其代表者,而与社会底层劳动人民的价值观是根本对立的。正是从这个意义上,我们说保守主义是一种特权意识形态。Conservatism is a kind of social and political ideology produced under particular social histori- cal conditions that embody the views of particular, rather than all, social groups on world and values. Conservative view of value gives expression to the values of the privileged social groups, which were the aristocrats and their representatives and later the capitalists and their representatives; it is opposite to the view of value held by the lower class. In this sense, we say conservatism is a kind of privileged ideology.
