摘　　要：随着我国西部油气田和海洋油气田的开发、水煤浆管道输送技术的突破，以及中俄洲际管道的建设，我国将进入大规模的建设现代化输送管道的时代。通过对石油、天然气、煤浆及矿浆管道建设情况的调查，论证我国建设直缝埋弧焊管机组的可行性和必要性；通过对国内中厚板生产情况的调查，说明我国已具备生产直缝埋弧焊管的条件。Our country will come into the times of constructing large scale modern linepipe through the development of oil and gas field in the west of China and ocean oil and gas field, the breakthrough of transmitting technology of coal slurry pipeline and the construction of Sino Russion state pipeline. It is proved that the feasibility and necessity of constructing LSAW pipe mill in China through the investigation of constructing crude oil, natural gas, coal slurry and mineral slurry pipeline. It is described that our country already has the condition to produce LSAW pipe through analysis of the production of medium thick plate in China.
