江苏省产业结构与就业结构的协调性分析

摘　　要：产业结构与就业结构相互影响、彼此作用,两者协调与否,对经济增长和劳动力合理转移有着重要影响作用。江苏省产业结构与就业结构的协调性总体趋向合理,但也存在就业结构演进滞后于产业结构演进的问题,可以从调整产业发展方向、完善劳动力转移机制等途径进一步提高江苏省产业结构与就业结构协调发展。Industrial structure and employment structure interact each other. The coordination between industrial structure and employment structure plays an important role in economy growth and labor transfer. The coordination between industrial structure and employment structure of Jiangsu Province is rational as a whole, but the problem is that the speed of employment structure evolvement is slower than that of industrial structure evolvement. The coordination between industrial structure and employment structure of Jiangsu Province can be optimized by adjusting the industries and improving the mechanism of labor transfer.
