摘　　要：针对剪切对焊机机构复杂、动作多、效率高、周期短的特点，从控制系统硬件和软件两方面进行了阐述，详细介绍了如何利用ＰＬＣ的优良特性简化其硬件结构，提高整个系统的可靠性和自动化程度，并给出了工艺流程、结构框图和程序流程图。In view to the features of complex mechanism, more movements, high efficiency and short cycle of shearing butt resistance welder, expounding from hardware and software of control system, how to use the best features of PLC to simplify its hardware structure, improve the reliability and automation of the whole system is detail introduced.
