摘　　要：无级调节载频式焊接电流遥控器由两部分组成：调节盒利用电位器给定振荡器方波信号的频率，此信号由焊接电缆进行载波传送；信号接收与处理电路通过计数器及Ｄ／Ａ按接收到的信号频率输出相应的控制电压，控制晶闸管输出所需的电流。它能用于交流。The remote controller of stepless regulating carrier frenquency type welding current is composed of two parts: regulating box uses potentiometer given oscillator frenquency of square wave signal. This signal is transfered by welding cable through carrier frenquency. The signal receiving and settling circuit outputs the relative control voltage through counter and D/A in accordance with the received signal frenquency and control crystal gate pipe output required current. It has the features of convenient, rapid of regulating and good adaptability.
