摘　　要：针对Internet电子商务交易面临的问题,提出了一种面向Internet的交易模型。该模型基于智能的移动代理,采用了松耦合的多代理交互技术Linda和跨平台的XML语言,给用户提供Internet范围内快速的信息发现和方便的协商功能。This paper proposes a dealing model for internet in order to resolve the problems in electronic commerce dealing on internet. The model, based on intelligent mobile agents, adopts Linda which is an uncoupled interaction technology for multi-agents and XML which is a platform-independent language. It can help users find business information quickly and negotiate with one other easily on internet.
