摘　　要：由于要完成的地质任务越来越繁重、对水平井的靶区设计的要求越来越高,出现水平井段要钻三个以上目标点的情况。由三个控制点所确定的水平井靶区的数学模型,给出了靶体轴线模型的求解方法,提出了将地质设计与工程设计相结合的设计原则。在水平井钻井设计中有很重要的应用价值。The geological work to be completed being more and more complicated, the requirements for target area design of horizontal wells being higher and higher, some horizontal well intervals have to be drilled over three target points on. This paper presents the mathematical model of horizontal well target area determined by three controlling points, the methods of finding the solution to target body axial model as well as the design principles of combining geological design with engineering design, which is of significance in designing horizontal wells.
