摘 要:合作发光效应、热效应以及非线性效应限制了单根掺Yb3+光纤激光器输出功率的进一步提高。根据能级间的吸收与辐射,分析了掺Yb3+双包层光纤中的合作发光效应,分析表明,随着Yb3+的掺杂浓度的增大,光纤中合作发光增强,抽运光越强,合作发光也越强。实验研究了输出功率61.6W,斜率效率为55%的双端抽运的掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的合作发光效应,研究表明,随着抽运光功率的增大,合作发光强度增强,掺杂浓度越大,光纤中合作发光效应也越强。这一结果有利于进一步提高掺Yb3+光纤激光器的效率。The output power of the Yb^3+ doped double clad fiber with single fiber was limited by the cooperative luminescence, thermal effect and nonliner effect. The cooperative luminescence effect of the Yb^3+ doped double clad fiber was analyzed based on obsorption and emission between energy levels. The results showed that the cooperative luminescence was stronger while the Yb^3+ concentration increased and the pumping power was higher. The cooperative luminescence of the high power cladding-pumped Yb^3+ doped fiber laser was demonstrated when the output power was 61.6 W and the slop efficiency was 55%. The results show that when the Yb^3+ concentration and the puming power are higher, the cooperative luminescence is stronger. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of the Yb^3+ doped fiber laser.
