摘  要:介绍了第三代深度催化裂解(DCC)催化剂(MMC系列催化剂)的工业生产和应用情况,对比了它与第二代DCC催化剂(CIP和CRP系列催化剂)的工业应用效果。MMC-1(或MMC-2)催化剂以具有MFI结构的低硅铝比(或高硅铝比)ZSP沸石为主要活性组分,具有更强的生产低碳烯烃(特别是丙烯)的能力。MMC催化剂的工业生产平稳,质量符合技术指标要求。工业应用结果表明,与CIP-2催化剂相比,MMC-1催化剂可提高液化气和丙烯产率,改善汽油质量。用MMC-2催化剂置换CRP-1催化剂后,在工艺操作条件基本相当的情况下,液化气中的丙烯含量增加,丙烯产率上升1.62~3.97个百分点,汽油中烯烃含量下降、芳烃含量升高,汽油质量有所改善,柴油质量不受影响。Manufacture and application of the third generation deep catalytic cracking (DCC) catalyst (MMC series) were introduced, comparison of which with the second generation DCC catalyst( CIP and CRP series) in commercial use was carried out. MMC-1 ( or MMC-2) catalyst is of MFI structure and composed of ZSP zeolite as main active component, with low ratio of Si to Al ( or high ratio of Si to Al). The catalyst is higher in capability of producing light-olefins, propylene in particular. MMC series catalysts can be manufactured without difficulty and can meet requirement of product specification. Commercial application of MMC-1 catalyst indicates that it can increase yields of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and propylene, and improve quality of gasoline, in comparing with CIP- 2 catalyst. After displacement of CRP-I catalyst with MMC-2 in DCC unit, under similar operating conditions,propylene content in LPG increase, so propylene yield rises by 1. 62% - 3. 97%. In gasoline fraction, olefin content decreases and aromatic content increases, so gasoline quality improves.
