摘　　要：应用ELISA诊断试剂盒对郑州某猪场的59血清进行了PRRS和PR的血清抗体检测.检出阳血清分别为47份和18份.阳性率分别为79.66%和30.51%,表明此猪场猪群中存在PRRS和PR的病毒。Use ELISA to diagnose the reagent box has carried on the serum antibody tests of PRRS and PR to a pig farm of 60 serum of Zhengzhou, it is 47 and 18 respectively to examine out the past serum, positive rate is 79.66% and 30. 51%, indicate this pig farm pig group have virus of PRRS and virus of PR.
