摘　　要：中国新农村信息化是中国国民经济和社会信息化的重要组成部分,文章以中国新农村信息化管理问题研究为科学问题研究的基本判断,试图从新农村建设、信息化管理、社会发展管理三大层面及其先进文化融合的视域,探索当代新农村信息化的和谐发展规律。中国新农村信息化管理研究,系寻求未来新农村建设进程中怎样依靠信息化技术与管理方法来解决"三农"问题的客观反映,旨在为依靠科技进步建设社会主义新农村奠定前瞻性研究基础和知识储备。Informatization of Chinese new countryside is an important component of China＇ s economy and social informatization. This paper, taking the research on Chinese new countryside informatization management as the fundamental judgment for scientific problem research, endeavors to explore harmonious development rules of the present new countryside informatization from the angle of new countryside building, informatization management, social development management and fused with their advanced culture. The research into informatization management of Chinese new countryside is an objective reflection of how to solve the ＂Three - Agricultural＂ issues depending on information technology and management methods in the process of new countryside building. It aims to lay a prospective study foundation and knowledge reserve for a new socialist countryside building based on sci -tech progress.
