摘 要:通过对FA251、A201C型精梳机钳板和分离罗拉传动机构的力学特性、工艺特性的对比分析,认为FA251型精梳机的力学和工艺特性优于A201C型精梳机,在高速运转时,机器振动小、噪音低、棉网接合率高,可避免棉网脱节、毛边、破边现象,棉网接合均匀,精梳条条干得到改善。By comparison and anaysis, this paper shows that the driving mechanisms of the clampping plate and separating roller in FA251 combing machine have an advantage over that in A201C combing machine in respect of mechanics and technological property. As a result, the FA251 coming machine, when running at high speed, has less vibration, lower noise, more even and higher degree comber web over lapping. The eveness of the combing sliver can also be improved. In addition, the hairy or broken fringes and combing apast of the combing web can be avoided.
