摘 要:开展加管道球形容器内预混气体爆炸实验研究在化工和石化企业中具有重要的科研和实用价值。详细研究了气体燃烧时爆炸波的扩展过程,得出球形容器安装管道后会降低球形容器内的最大爆炸压力,随着爆炸波在管道中传播,爆炸压力会不断升高,且管道末端的压力达到最大。通过实验结果分析,合理指出在连通容器上正确安装泄爆装置的位置。In chemical and petrochemieal industries, it is of scientific research and practical value to develop experimental investigation into explosion of premixed gases in spherical shape vessel added pipes. Extended process of explosion wave is analyzed when gases are combusting, finding out that in spherical shape vessel the maximal explosion pressure is reduced while the pipes are asscmbled in spherical shape vessel. With the propagatioa of explosion wave in pipes, explosion pressure is raised continuously, and the pressure is maximizeal at the end of pipes. By analyzing the experiments, scientific basis for fitting position of explosion venting is pointed out appropriately.
