摘　　要：目的建立止泻灵颗粒中橙皮苷含量的HPLC测定法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相：乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（21∶79）,流速：1.0 mL/min,检测波长：284 nm。结果线性范围：10.0～50.0μg/mL（r=0.999 7）,精密度：0.29%（n=6）,平均回收率为97.9%。结论试验表明,该方法简便、快速,结果准确,重现性好。Objective To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of zhixieling granules.Methods The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid（V∶V=21∶79）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was at 284 nm.Results The liner range of hesperidin was 10.0～50.0 μg/L（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery of hesperidin was 97.9%（RSD=0.29%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable.
