摘 要:以一台起动推力为103N的三相圆筒型直线感应电动机为例,采用内外双收敛有限元方法对其起动时刻进行涡流场分析,求出了电机的起动推力和电机内的磁场分布。通过与实验值进行比较,验证了此方法计算该电机起动推力的准确性。利用所得的方法,对采用不同气隙大小和次级电阻率时电机的起动性能进行计算分析,从而得出起动推力随气隙大小和次级电阻率的变化规律。所得到的计算方法与规律对圆筒型直线电机的优化设计与制造能够提供有益的帮助。In this paper, a three-phase cylindrical linear induction motor with starting thrust 103N was taken as an example, based on the inner-outer dual convergence finite element method, the eddy field distribution at starting was analyzed, the starting thrust and flux distribution in the motor were calculated. By comparing with the experimental data, this method is accurate to calculate the starting thrust. Using this method, the starting performance of cylindrical linear motor with different gap size and secondary resistivity were calculated and analyzed, and the laws of the starting thrust varied with the parameters were found. The calculating method and law could be helpful in optimum design and manufacture of the cylindrical linear induction motor.
