摘 要:外转子双凸极永磁电机运行在低速状态时,传统PWM调制方式的电流斩波只有单一的电流限值范围,这样造成调速系统效率降低、斩波的效果不好。本文提出一种新型的分段电流斩波方式,设计了电流限值给定电路和其他相关电路,根据电机运行在低速状态时的不同转速范围,将电流限值范围分为几段,而得到斩波信号,进行PWM调制的电流斩波,并且对桥臂上、下管进行轮换单斩,保证了每个开关管损耗的一致性,改善了系统效率,提高了可靠性。During the out-rotor double salient-pole permanent-magnet motor run in low speed, traditional chopping current of PWM control mode has only a single current limit value scope. This mode reduces the efficiency of adjustable-speed system and has not good effective. In this paper, a new segmentation chopping current modes are presented, and the current limit value given circuit and the other related ones are designed. Based on the different speed range of motor at low-speed operation, the current limits are divided into some different scopes, then the chopping signal is obtained, and the chopping current of PWM control is carried out. By alternation single-chop of the upper and lower transistor in the bridge arm, the consistency of power loss between the upper transistor and the low one is ensured. The modes improve the efficiency of system and increase reliability of it.
