摘　　要：日前,中国银监会颁布了新的《汽车金融公司管理办法》(以下简称新《办法》),这将对我国汽车金融公司的发展产生重大影响。CBRC（China Banking Regulatory Commission）has recently promulgated the new＂Rules Governing Auto Financing Companies＂（hereinafter referred to as the new Rules）.This will have the significant influence to automobile financial company＇s development in our country.
