摘　　要：采用助剂对天然胶乳进行改性,得到改性的天然胶乳胶粘剂。研究了表面活性剂浓度、搅拌时间以及甲醛的滴加速度对改性天然胶乳性能的影响。实验结果表明,当表面活性剂OP-10浓度为0.6g/L,用量为5g;平平加O用量为0.7g;反应搅拌时间大于10min;甲醛滴加速度小于5滴/10s时,所得的胶粘剂性能较好,可用于沙发等的粘接。The natural latex was modified with the assistants and the modified natural latex adhesive was obtained. Effects of the surfactant concentration, stirring time and dropping rate of formaldehyde on the properties of natural latex were studied. The experimental results showed that when the concentration of OP-10 was 0.6g/L and the content was 5g, the content of Levelling Agent O was 0.7g, the stirring time was above 10min and the dropping rate of formaldehyde was less than 0.5 drop/s, the properties of the natural latex adhesive were better and it can meet the requirements for sofa bonding.
