摘　　要：本文报道了3例血清HBV检测HBsAg阴性HBeAg阳性病例。1例为血清中肝炎病毒浓度过高所致,另1例患儿因母亲注射过高效价免疫球蛋白;第3例则为HBV基因突变而无法检出。Three cases with HBsAg negative and HBeAg positive serum in the HBV were reported. One case was caused by the high density of hepatitis virus in the serum, one resulted fro his mother injected with high immunoglobulin, and the other was HBV mutation that can＇t be checked.
