摘　　要：TORCH是一组具有胎儿致畸作用病原微生物的缩写,妊娠早期感染危害更大,因此准确的产前诊断是避免不良妊娠结局的关键。本文就TORCH病原及其检测技术的研究进展予以综述。TORCH is an abbreviation of several pathogenic organisms which can infect the pregnant woman and lead to congenital abnormalities. The damage usually becomes more severe if the infection occurs in the earlier stage of the pregnancy, so that an accurate prenatal screening on these pathogens is crucial to prevent bad pregnant outcomes. The present paper reviews the latest researches on pathogens and detective techniques of TORCH.
