摘 要:山区小水电发展迅速,大量分布式小水电在向电网输送功率的同时,如何对其进行合理的无功考核严重影响着电网的经济运行。该文推导了网损与节点电压对小水电功率因数的灵敏度,提出一种实现电网经济运行的分布式小水电上网功率因数考核方法。该方法以小水电功率因数作为优化变量,结合最优潮流计算分布式小水电的最优功率因数考核指标,并在实际地区电网中得到了检验,有效改善了该地区对分布式小水电上网的管理与考核。Hundreds of small hydroelectric power stations operated simultaneously in some mountainous areas supply plentiful electric energy for the power network. Therefore, how to determine the optimal operating condition of small hydro stations, especially with a reasonable power factor, is very important to the economy of power network. This paper introduces the power loss and nodal voltage sensitivity with respect to power factor, and then presents an estimated means of reactive power for distributed small hydro stations based on optimal power flow. The analysis is based on a practica.1 case, and some suggestions are also given for improving calculation and control of optimal power factor of small hydro stations in power network.
