摘  要:以油菜籽油加工下脚料为原料,运用正交实验设计方法对D002阳离子交换树脂催化制备生物柴油工艺参数进行优化。最佳操作参数为:反应温度70℃、催化剂用量为10%、油/醇质量体积比1∶0.6,反应时间为4h。验证实验表明,生物柴油转化率达97.3%。同时,还比较了D002阳离子交换树脂作催化剂与浓硫酸作催化剂制备生物柴油的效果。An orthogonal design has been used to optimize the operational parameters of the D002 cation-exchange resin-catalyzed synthesis of biodiesel from rapeseed oil deodorizer distillate. The chosen variables at their best conditions were reaction temperature 70℃, initial catalyst concentration 10% by weight of rapeseed oil deodorizer distillate and the methanol: oil volume/weight ratio 1∶0.6 (mL/g), and the reaction time 4h. Under these conditions, the average biodiesel conversion rate was 97.3%. The results showed that the reaction temperature was the most important factor, having a positive influence on biodiesel conversion rate, then the initial catalyst concentration and reaction time. The least influence factor was the methanol/oil volume/weight ratio. This study also compared the effect of D002 cation-exchange resin and sulfuric acid as catalyst in biodiesel preparation.
