摘  要:目的:探讨脑安萃取液对实验性兔动脉粥样硬化模型血管重构的影响及其可能的机制。方法:采用高脂喂饲制备兔动脉粥样硬化模型,给药组给予脑安萃取液[40mg/(kg.d)]治疗12周。分别于实验前、实验12周末,经耳缘静脉抽血,测定血脂、SOD、MDA含量,取各组动物胸主动脉标本做病理形态学检查,并利用计算机图象分析系统观察动脉硬化进程中血管重建相关指标的变化及药物对其的影响。结果:脑安萃取液可以显著降低实验兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL、MDA含量,增加血清SOD含量,并能减低血管内膜-中层厚度,减少硬化斑块面积,与高脂模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:脑安萃取液具有调节血脂水平,抗氧化损伤的作用,逆转动脉粥样硬化血管病理性重构,延缓动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。Objective :To study the effects of Nao' an extract liquid on the development of atherosclerosis in high -fat diet rabbit and its possible mechanisms. Methods :Thirty male new Zealand rabbits were assigned to three groups at random . control group were fed by common forage, and high - fat diet group were fed by high cholesterol diet, and the treatment groups were treated by Nao'an extract Liquid [ 40mg/( kg ·d) ]. Plasma lipid,Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), MDA were measured with the blood from the ear vein at the beginning and the end of 12th week. Histopathological examination of aorta was performed at every animal, and the changes of related vascular remodeling idexes after arterial injury were observed using computerized image analyzing system. Results : Nao' an extract liquid could significantly reduce the total cholesterol, trglyceride an low density lipoprotein ( LDL), and increase the high SOD, Intima -medium thickness and atheroscierosis plaque areas were also reduced. Conclusion :These results suggest that Nao'an extract liquid can modulate the blood lipid and reduce oxidative injury in rabbits, and prevent the development of the atherosclerosis.
