四神煎对佐剂性关节炎大鼠细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过对大鼠完全弗氏佐剂性关节炎动物模型进行观察,探讨四神煎对该动物模型细胞因子的影响。方法:观察四神煎不同剂量组与雷公藤多苷片对大鼠完全弗氏佐剂性关节炎动物模型IL-1、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α进行观察。结果:四神煎各剂量组均有消肿作用,均可降低炎性细胞因子,抑制作用优于雷公藤多苷片。结论:四神煎治疗类风湿关节炎的机理可能是通过抑制炎性细胞因子实现的。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Sishen Decoction to Cytokine in Rheumatoid Arthritis Rats. Methods ： To establish the Rheumatoid Arthritis Rats model with injecting Freund complete adjuvant. Controled with Lei Gong Teng Duo Dai Tableas,the effect of the high,middle and low dosage of Sishen Decoction to serum IL - 1 ,IL -4, IL -6, IL - 8 ,TNF- α were observed. Results： All the Sishen Decoction groups could recede the swelling of model rats,change the level of serum IL - 1, IL - 4, IL - 6, IL - 8, TNF - α, which were superior to controlled group. Conclusion： The mechanism of Sishen Decoction in treating rheumatoid Arthritis could be to restrain inflammation cytokines.
