两类治疗肿瘤常用中药铅镉汞砷含量分析

摘　　要：目的:分析清热解毒和以毒攻毒两类治疗肿瘤常用的14种中药中铅、镉、汞、砷含量,探讨不同类别中药铅、镉、汞、砷的含量情况,为现代用药提供参考数据。方法:采用微波消解处理中药样品,电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法进行元素含量测定,并用统计软件SPSS11.5对结果进行分析。结果:14种中药铅、镉、汞、砷含量较低。清热解毒类药铅含量显著高于以毒攻毒类药(P<0.05);植物类中药汞的含量显著低于动物类中药(P<0.05)。结论:14种中药中清热解毒类铅含量比以毒攻毒类高,动物类中药汞含量比植物类中药高。并且这14种中药铅、镉、汞、砷含量均较低。Objective： To determine Pb, Cd, Hg and As in fourteen Chinese traditional medicines（TCM） treating tumor of heat - clearing and detoxifying and treating the toxifying disease with poisonous agents. Methods ： The fourteen samples were treated by microwave digestion , and determined by 1CP- MS ,and the result analyzed by SPSSll. 5 . Results ： The contents of four elements Pb, Cd, Hg and As in fourteen Chinese traditional medicines treating tumor are low, the content of Pb in the TCM of heat - clearing and detoxifying is significantly higher than that of TCM of treating the toxifying disease with poisonous agents （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the content of botanic TCM is significantly lower than that of creatural TCM （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： The contents of fourteen TCM are all correspond with the imported standard in Southeast Asia. The element content of TCM of heat - clearing and detoxifying is more than TCM of treating the toxifying disease with poisonous agents, The element content of botanic TCM is more than creatural TCM.
