和胃理气方治疗功能性消化不良作用机制的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察功能性消化不良(FD)胃肠运动的变化及胃窦部P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的表达。观察和胃理气方对肝胃不和型FD大鼠胃排空及肠道传输的影响,从脑肠肽浓度方面探讨其作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组和西药组。用"夹尾激怒法"制作肝胃不和型FD大鼠模型。处理7天后,以葡聚糖兰-2000为胃肠内标记物检查其胃排空功能,用免疫组化法观察胃窦部SP、VIP的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠胃排空率明显下降,胃窦部SP阳性产物含量显著减少,VIP阳性产物含量显著增多。与模型组相比,中西药组胃内色素相对残留率均显著降低,小肠推进度均显著提高,胃窦部SP阳性产物均明显增多、VIP阳性产物均明显减少,其余各组两两间比较无显著性差异。结论:和胃理气方能促进大鼠胃排空及小肠推进,其机制可能与调节胃窦部SP、VIP的水平有关。Objective： To investigate the movement of stomach and intestine,SP and VIP expression changes in rats with functional dyspepsia （FD） （ type of incoordination between the liver and stomach ILAS）. To illustrate the possible mechanism of Heweil- iqifang＇ s effet. Methods ： All rats were divided into 4 groups at random. The rat models of ineoordination between the liver and stomach in FD were induced by stimulating the tails of the rats. After consecutively treated for 7 days, gstric residue and peristalsis of the small intestines were observed in all rats with a maker of dextran blue -2000 to determine to capacity gastric evacuation and intestinal transit. And distributions of SP and VIP in antrum of rats were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results ：Compared with the nomal control, gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive function were lowered （ P 〈 0.05 ）, SP and VIP in antrum of rats were significantly deffrent（ P 〈0.05）. After treated with Heweiliqifang ,the aforesaid data were normalized with insignificant difference in comparing with the normal control （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Heweiliqifang can promote gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive function by regulating the levels of SP and VIP.
