摘　　要：目的:优选麻油提取紫草素的最佳提取工艺。方法:以左旋紫草素含量为指标,应用正交实验设计,筛选紫草油的最佳提取工艺。结果:取紫草加6倍麻油量、提取温度60℃、提取时间2h,可制备最佳紫草素。Objective ：Optimization seasame oil extraction in the best Shikonin Preparation. Methods ：L Shilkonin content indicators ,orthogonal design, screening Shikonin the best preparation conditions. Results ：From Shikonin sesame oil plus six times the amount of extraction temperature 60℃ ,the extraction time 2 hours,the best preparation Shikonin.
