丹参药材中丹参酮Ⅱ A和丹酚酸B的不同提取方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究丹参药材不同提取工艺的丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量高低。方法:采用HPLC法,比较了两种不同提取方法的丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量高低。结果:提取方法丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量明显高于药典方法。结论:该提取方法节省溶剂,重现性好。Objective ： To investigate content level Tanshinone Ⅱ A and Dan acid B in the Salvia Miltiorrhiza which have different method for extraction. Methods ： The HPLC was employed for comparing the content level for Tanshinone Ⅱ A and Dan acid B from different method for extraction. Result - the content of Tanshinone Ⅱ A and Dan acid B is obviously higer than Pharmacopoeia method. Conclusion ：The method have a higher content level and can save solvent , also have a good Reproducible.
