摘 要:目的:优化大孔吸附树脂分离纯化荷叶中荷叶碱的洗脱条件。方法:用D101大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,20%~70%的乙醇梯度洗脱,并采用HPLC对其中的荷叶碱进行含量测定。结果:采用50%~70%的醇梯度洗脱后荷叶碱的总收率达1.3%。结论:此方法操作简单,重复性好,用50%~70%的乙醇进行梯度洗脱,能有效的提纯、富集荷叶中的荷叶碱。Objective :To optimizing the elution requirement of separating and purifying the nuciferine of lotus leaf by Macroporous adsorptive resins. Methods : D101Macroporous adsorptive resins was adopted to separate and purify, gradient elution with 20%-70% alcohol,and HPLC was adopted to undertake assaying of the nuciferine. Results .Total yield of the nuciferine by adopting the gradient elution with 50%-70% alcohol arrives 1.3%. Conclusion :This method is simple to operate and has good reproducibility. It can purify and enrich the nuciferine of lotus leaf effectively by the gradient elution with 50%-70% alcohol.
