摘 要:研究了两种不同分子量的甲壳胺纤维在氧漂时的失重和降解程度。在温度高于70℃下漂白,纤维失重程度很大;低浓度的双氧水漂白即可导致纤维分子量明显降低,且失重率随双氧水浓度的增加而逐步增加;低分子量甲壳胺纤维的失重率明显高于高分子量甲壳胺纤维,失重主要是由于降解时产生易溶于水的壳低聚糖所致。氧漂后,甲壳胺纤维的基本化学结构未发生变化,结晶指数略有降低。Weight loss and degradation of two chitosan fibers with different molecular weights during hydrogen peroxide bleaching were investigated. The weight loss became much higher at temperatures above 70℃. The molecular weight obviously decreased even at low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, and the weight loss gradually increased with an increase in hydrogen peroxide concentration. The weight toss of the fiber with low molecular weight was higher than that with high molecular weight. The weight loss was induced by the dissolution of chito-oligo-saccharides formed in bleaching. No change in chemical structure and a slight decrease in crystallinity index were observed in hydrogen peroxide bleaching
