摘  要:研究了不同温度条件下,NaOH、促进剂1227及处理时间对涤锦复合细旦丝针织物开纤效果的影响。结果表明,随着烧碱浓度增加和处理温度提高,织物失重率增加,克重呈先增加后减小趋势,锦纶纤维组分得色量提高;促进剂1227对开纤有促进作用,可降低烧碱浓度和开纤温度。织物在烧碱浓度6.0 g/L,促进剂1227浓度0.5 g/L,温度110℃,时间45 min,浴比1∶50条件下开纤后,其扫描电镜照片显示,复合丝中锦纶组分散开并移位,桔瓣间形成一定的空隙,表现出较好的开纤效果。The effects of different concentrations of caustic soda and accelerating agent, as well as various incubating time at diverse temperatures are discussed in this paper. With the increase in caustic soda concentration and incubating temperature, the percentages of weight loss of the fabrics increased, and weight gram per square meter of the samples increased firstly and then reduced subsequently. The color strength of nylon microfiber also increased after splitting. The agent of 1227 could accelerate the splitting process, which led to a high percentage of weight loss at low concentration of caustic soda and lower temperature. SEM showed that satisfactory splitting results were achieved by using the following conditions: 6. 0g/L caustic soda, 0. 5g/L 1227, bath ratio 1:50, temperature 110℃ for 45 minutes, and nylon microfiber exhibited definite spacing from polyester after splitting.
