摘　　要：分析了酶退煮二浴法和一浴法各工艺因素对处理苎麻织物效果的影响。测试处理后织物的毛效、白度、断裂强力、强降率、失重率和手感等指标表明,二浴法效果优于一浴法,精练酶301L一浴法退煮工艺较碱退煮强降小,且节能环保。The desizing and scouring processes of ramie fabric with enzymes were carried out in one bath and two bath respectively. Various factors exerting influences were discussed. Properties of capillary effect, whiteness, breaking strength, weight loss and softness were tested. It was found that ramie fabric treated with two-bath process had superior results to that with one bath process. One bath process with souring enzyme 301L could impart ramie fabric better strength retention compared to that with conventional alkali treatment. Desizing and scouring with enzyme was benefit for environmental protection.
