提高大红色基RC染色纱线的色牢度

摘　　要：为使大红纱线具有优异的浓艳度和色牢度,采用色酚AS先打底,然后用大红色基RC显色。在加工过程中,色酚打底后需高速离心脱水,以减少浮色;显色需在低于5℃进行,且分步加入NaAc和HAc控制pH值,以提高色牢度和鲜艳度。In order to achieve brilliant shade and good color fastness, yarn dyeing process was carried out with first naphthol preparing followed by developing with fast scarlet base RC. During operation, matters needing attention were advanced, such as high-speed centrifugal extraction after naphtholation to reduce loose dyes, developing temperature below 5℃, two-step addition of NaAc and HAc to control pH value of developing liquor.
