吸烟与飞行人员牙周健康的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的对照研究我军飞行人员吸烟对牙周健康的影响。方法随机对来我院进行健康大体检的212名空军飞行人员进行问卷调查、临床检查、数字化全景片(SIRONA)检查,记录他们的吸烟史(年)、日均吸烟支数、牙龈指数(gingivalindex,GI)及牙槽骨破坏程度。结果吸烟组138人,均为男性,平均年龄36.7岁,平均烟龄7.9年,日均吸烟17支,GI均值为1.9,牙槽骨破坏程度与烟龄及日均吸烟支数正相关。非吸烟组74人,均为男性,平均年龄32.3岁,GI均值为1.8,牙槽骨破坏程度仅与年龄呈正相关。结论①吸烟组飞行人员牙周破坏与烟龄、日均吸烟支数正相关。②吸烟与非吸烟对飞行人员牙龈指数影响无显著差异。Objective To evaluate the effects of smoking on periodontal health in pilots of our Air Force. Methods 212 pilots of the Air Force received questionnaire survey, digital X-my with SIRONA and clinical examination. The smoking history （years）, daily-smoking cigarettes, gingival index （G1） and the destruction of alveolar bone were recorded.Results In the smoking group, 138 smokers had the average age of 36.7 years old, average smoking history of 7.9 years, daily smoking-cigarettes of 17 pieces and average GI of 1.9,The degree of alveolar destruction was significantly related with the smoking history and daily smoking-cigarettes. In the non-smoking group, 74 smokers had the average age of 32.3 years old and average GI of 1.8,The degree of alveolar destruction was related only with age significantly.Conclusion ①The degree of alveolar destruction is significantly related with smoking history and the daily-smoking cigarettes of pilots in smoking group. ②Smoking or non-smoking has no significant different effects on GI of pilots.
