摘　　要：生态效率型组织以不断减少单位产品或服务的资源消耗和环境影响为前提组织生产或服务,即在赚取货币利润的同时不断削减其生产或服务对资源环境造成的影响。生态效率型组织有特殊的内涵,它使经济效率由次优向最优方向转变,其重要形式是生态效率型企业、企业集团,除此之外还包括以农户养地节水为核心的农业生态效率型组织、逆向物流型生态效率组织、基于"食物链"的企业共生生态效率组织—生态工业园、大区域范围的生态效率型行业和产业组织等。An eco-efficient organization is a kind of production or service organization which has eco-efficiency. In order to make profit, it＇s a prerequisite for an eco-efficient organization to produce and serve meanwhile reducing consumption of resources and reverse influence to environment. Eco-efficient organization has special connotation and its economical meaning of developing is to transform from the second-rate efficiency to the first-rate efficiency. Besides factories and company groups, the classes of eco-efficient organization still have agricultural eco-efficient organizations that have characteristics of peasants saving water and fertilizing fields, eco-efficient organizations of reverse logistics, eco-industrial parks -eco-efficient industries basing on large regions and so on.
