摘  要:为了研究Ti-Ni形状记忆合金在不同温度、应变率和应力状态下的力学性能,进行了单向拉伸和热胀形试验研究.采用单向拉伸试验,分析了温度和应变速率的变化对材料流动应力及塑性成形的影响.通过热胀形实验,研究了压力,保压时间及凹模直径对成形性能的影响.发现成形件高度主要受压力影响,而凹模直径则对壁厚分布影响较大.In order to understand the mechanical behavior of Ti - Ni shape - memory alloy (SMA) at various temperatures, stress states and strain rates, the tensile tests and bulging experiments were carried out at high temperature. Effects of temperature and strain rate on the flow stress and plastic property were analyzed. The fracture characteristics of the material were analyzed by observing of the fracture surface using SEM technique. By the hot - bulging, the effect of pressure, load time and diameter of the die on material formability and properties was studied. The results indicate that the pressure determines the height and die die diameter is important to thickness distribution.
