摘  要:采用电化学沉积的方法在钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V)表面制备生物涂层.通过采用恒电流模式和脉冲电源模式考察不同的电源模式对电沉积磷酸钙涂层的影响.试验研究了不同电源模式对涂层的微观形貌及涂层厚度的影响.结果表明:脉冲电流下制备的涂层比恒电流条件下制备的涂层更为均匀致密.在同等的沉积条件下,脉冲电流制备的涂层厚度比恒电流条件制备的涂层厚度增加了16.2μm.XRD分析表明,电源模式的改变并没有影响磷酸钙的生成.The bio - coatings were prepared on the surface of titanium alloy (Ti - 6Al - 4V) by elecrochemical deposition technique. This study examined the effect of different power source patterns on prepared calcium phosphate coatings by electrochemical deposition technique using constant current and pulse current. The surface morphology and the thickness of coatings have been investigated at different power source patterns. The results demonstrate that the surface of the coatings is distributed more uniformly at pulse current pattern than that of the coatings at constant current pattern. The thickness prepared by pulse current may effectively improve about 16.2μm compared with those of coatings prepared by constant current at the same deposition conditions. XRD analysis indicates that the phase of calcium phosphate is slightly dependent on the power source pattern.
