摘 要:以丙烯酸、三羟甲基丙烷为原料,采用自制固体超强酸SO24-/TiO2为催化剂直接酯化法合成了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,研究了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,比较了不同催化剂和阻聚剂的催化活性及阻聚性能,得到最佳合成条件为:催化剂的质量分数为丙烯酸质量的5%,醇酸摩尔比为1∶3.8,反应时间为6 h,酯化率可达97以上。Trimethylol propyl triacrylate was synthesized with acrylic acid and trimethylolpropane over solid super - acid SO^2-4/TiO2. The effects of various amount of various amount of molar ratio of reactants and reaction time on synthesis were investigaled. The catalytic activity and inhibitor effectiveness of different catalysts and ploymerization inhibitor were compared. The otimum conditions were odtained as follows: the amount of catalyst is 5% of acrylic acid respectively,the mole ratio of trimethylolpropane to acrylic acid is 1: 3.8, reaction time is 6 h, under which esterification rate of 97% was attained.
