一个水稻卷叶突变体的遗传分析

摘　　要：在对转基因水稻后代的筛选鉴定过程发现1个株系的T1代群体中有11株叶片卷曲、40株叶片正常,分离比例为3∶1,符合1对基因隐性遗传。该基因突变除使叶片卷曲外,还影响籽粒的发育,结实率低、籽粒畸形;通过PCR分子检测证实该突变体并不是由T-DNA插入引起,其突变性状与T-DNA没有共分离。A rolled leaf mutant was identified in the segregating populations from the transgenic rice. The leaf mutant showed the rolled leaf phenotype in the TI population. Among the 51 T1 plants, the segregation ratio of normal leave and rolled leave was consistent with 3：1, The result of PCR method showed that the rolled leaf mutant was not caused by the T-DNA .In addition, the mutant of the rolled leaf gene also influence the development of the grain.
