摘  要:以PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)模拟不同程度的水分胁迫对青竹复叶槭幼苗进行处理,结果表明,随着胁迫浓度的增加和时间的延长,青竹复叶槭的质膜透性与MDA的含量增幅较缓;保护酶的活性明显增强,SOD活性表现为"双峰"变化曲线,CAT与SOD协同反应,呈现"N"字型的变化趋势,POD的活性则随着胁迫时间的延长经历了先降后升的变化趋势,3种保护酶协同作用,有效清除自由基,减轻干旱胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,增加了青竹复叶槭的抗旱性.The polyethylene glycol-6000 (PEG-6000) simulates the varying degree by the polyethylene glycol the moisture content to force to the leaf of Acer negundo L ‘qingzhu' seedling carries on processing, the result indicated that, along with forces the degree the increase and time lengthening, Acer negundo L. ‘qingzhu' protoplasmic membrane penetrability and the third dial content forces processing in the moisture content in the process the increased range to be smaller; Protection enzyme activity after forces processing the active obvious enhancement, the SOD activeness performance for ‘the split-blip’ the change curve,CAT and the SOD concerted reaction, presented ‘N’the change tendency, the POD activeness after forces the time to lengthen has experienced the change tendency which first decreased and then increased, with SOD, the CAT change tendency was inconsistent, three kind of protective enayme activity, effectively eliminated the free radical,reduced arid forces to the membrane injury, enable Acer negundo L. ‘qingzhu' to have strongly combats drought the nature.
