摘　　要：随着世界范围体验经济时代的到来,国内旅游业迅速兴起,区域旅游产业的地位基本确立.区域旅游面临着新的发展机遇,传统旅游区面临旅游产业转型和升级.以三门峡市为例,在旅游产业发展现状分析的基础上,从产业集群和区域旅游增长及构建的角度,提出"点轴驱动、集群开发、重点突破"的发展思路,构建一个重点突出,产业互动、集群开发的产业布局网络,实现区域旅游空间布局由点状分布向点线结合网络互动集群式布局转变.With the coming of experience economy era, domestic tourism is developing with rapid speed, the regional tourism industry＇s position has basically been established. Faced with new opportunities for development of regional tourism, the traditional tourist areas are facing the tourism industry transformation, integration and upgrading. The thesis, through the case study of Sanmenxia City,analysis the tourism status, based on the industrial cluster and tourism growth theories, the thesis puts forward the throughs of “point-axis drive, cluster development, major break”, and builds a focused and interactive industries, the industrial cluster distribution network,and realize the tourism spatial configuration changing, from regional tourist spot distribution to line combines interactive cluster layout.
