摘 要:目的探讨复方丹参片制备过程中,丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B的含量变化规律,为生产工艺的优化提供基础数据。方法在样品制备过程中,在不同工序控制点取样,通过HPLC法测定丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B的含量,并计算各工序步骤的转移率。结果丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B的转移率较低,提取、干燥工艺是造成丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量低的主要原因。结论在产品生产过程中,应控制回流温度及干燥环境、温度,提高丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B转移率。OBJECTIVE To study the change rule of tanshinone Ⅱ A, salvianolic acid B content in the preparation process of compound Tanshinon tablet, and to provide the foundation data for the production craft optimiza- tion. METHODS In the sample preparation process, the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A, salvianolic acid B were deter- minated by HPLC and the transfer rate of various craft steps were calculated in the different craft control point. RESULTS The transfer rate of tanshinone Ⅱ A, salvianolic acid B were comparatively low, the main reason created the content low might be extraction technology and dry craft. CONCLUSION In preparation process, increasing the solven volume suitably during withdraw, and the dry technological process temperature may improve the transfer rate of tanshinone ⅡA and solvianolic acid B.
